1. Membership and Eligibility

1.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over, with proof of age required upon application.
1.2 Applications are subject to review, and Ballerz Pool Lounge reserves the right to approve or deny membership without explanation.
1.3 Members must provide accurate information during the application process and notify Ballerz Pool Lounge of any changes to their information promptly.
1.4 Approved memberships become active 48 hours following acceptance notification.

2. Membership Fees and Payment

2.1 Membership fees are payable upon acceptance and at each renewal period. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
2.2 All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated by Ballerz Pool Lounge.

3. Club Rules and Code of Conduct

3.1 Members are expected to act respectfully toward other members, staff, and club property at all times.
3.2 Ballerz Pool Lounge enforces a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.
3.3 Members must comply with all posted club rules, including health and safety guidelines.
3.4 Club facilities are for use by members and their authorised guests only, unless otherwise specified by Ballerz Pool Lounge management.

4. Drugs, Alcohol, and Substance Policy

4.1 Ballerz Pool Lounge strictly prohibits the use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs on its premises.
4.2 Violations of this policy will result in immediate membership termination and potential legal action.
4.3 Members are encouraged to report any suspicious or unlawful activities to club staff.

5. Think 25 Policy

5.1 Ballerz Pool Lounge follows a “Think 25” policy, requiring individuals who appear under 25 years of age to provide valid identification.
5.2 Accepted IDs include a valid passport, driving licence, or government-issued photo identification.
5.3 Failure to present valid ID may result in denial of access to age-restricted areas, services, or events within the club.

6. Guest Policy

6.1 Members may bring up to three guests per visit. Guests are required to adhere to all club rules and the Ballerz Pool Lounge Code of Conduct.
6.2 Members are fully responsible for any purchases made by themselves or their guests within the club.
6.3 Members must accompany their guests at all times while on club premises.

7. Liability and Responsibility

7.1 Members use the club’s facilities at their own risk. Ballerz Pool Lounge is not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or damage, except in cases of proven negligence by the club.
7.2 Ballerz Pool Lounge is not responsible for items left unattended on its premises.
7.3 Any damages caused by a member or their guests may result in charges for repair or replacement.

8. Termination of Membership

8.1 Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice. Refunds are not generally available.
8.2 Ballerz Pool Lounge reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to rule violations, unpaid fees, or misconduct.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Ballerz Pool Lounge is committed to protecting member information in compliance with data protection laws.
9.2 By joining, members consent to Ballerz Pool Lounge using their contact details for administrative purposes and for sending club-related updates. Members may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Ballerz Pool Lounge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued membership will constitute acceptance of any amendments.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the applicable courts.
